We renovated our daughter's college apartment, and The Design House did a fantastic job with it! We removed popcorn ceilings throughout, replaced all the flooring & carpet, replaced interior doors, re-tiled the bathrooms, and replaced all the millwork. Leslee Boswell helped us pick tile, colors and styles, making that process easy & fun. Dustin ran the job, finishing on time & on budget. Both Dustin & Leslee were always available to answer our questions. During the renovation, we had a 1,000 year rain event in Denton; they were on the job the next day fixing the flood damage! These folks care a great deal about the quality of their work, and about their customers. Highly recommend!
We wanted to order motorized blinds for our family room and bathroom. Design House was an excellent overall experience for us. Design House consultant Samantha was fantastic to work with as she was deeply knowledgeable about many options for us to consider. She went well beyond the standard after we ordered to help us program the remotes in both rooms and made multiple trips to our house both to oversee the install and after to ensure my husband and I were 100% comfortable. The install technician Tyler was also wonderful to work with. He was very conscious of being careful of the room's contents and installation was very efficient.
Overall we were extremely pleased with the entire process and the professionalism of the Design House team. Also the high quality appearance of the blinds and positive experience start to finish.
