Jennifer Homeyer
CEO & President
The Visionary Leader. As CEO, Jennifer is the driving force behind The Design House. She understood early on that a true “Total Transformation” required problem-solving and total control. She serves on the Shaw Flooring Network Dealer Council, helping to shape national standards for the industry.
Ty Homeyer
COO & Co-Owner
The Architect of Operations. Ty is the operational backbone of The Design House. Recognizing that relying on third-party fabricators was a bottleneck for quality, he and Jennifer built Stonemeyer Granite from the ground up. His team ensures flawless fabrication for our remodels and our builder partners.
Halston Homeyer
Master Plumber Co-Founder of Haltex Plumbing
The Next Generation of Expertise. Halston entered the plumbing trade straight out of high school and trained under is uncle in his plumbing company. In 2021, he co-founded Haltex Plumbing with his parents to solve a critical gap in the remodeling market. As our in-house Master Plumber, he ensures infrastructure is installed to code.
Kaelyn Homeyer
Marketing Director
The Strategist of Client Experience. Kaelyn brings a data-driven focus to the customer journey. Joining full-time after graduating from UNT, she combines specialized education with a passion for visual storytelling. She ensures that our brand promise of trust is communicated clearly to every neighbor we serve.

Ashley Haas

Ashley Haas leads our builder team and has been with The Design House for seven years, seven years in which she’s worked almost every department in this building. A UNT grad and an absolute asset, Ashley knows this business from the inside out, which is exactly why our builders trust her to keep their projects moving.

Samantha Manuel is a designer on our builder team and a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer through the National Kitchen and Bath Association, with a real eye for what makes a house feel like home, probably because she’s a mom at heart, and it shows in every space she touches. Competitive, talented, and genuinely in love with what she does, Samantha brings both warmth and a winning instinct to every project that comes across her desk.

Cheryl Lavelle is a designer on our builder team with more than 10 years in the business, and one of the warmest people you’ll ever walk into a showroom and meet. Big smile, big knowledge base, and a real love for the work. Cheryl makes designing a home feel like the fun part it should be.

Collette Gorman is our newest estimator on the builder team, a UNT graduate who’s spent her first year with us proving she belongs. Sharp, eager, and already carrying real weight on builder projects, Collette is exactly the kind of hire we’re proud to be training up.

Tim Hall

Tim Hall is our Senior Estimator, and the very first employee to ever walk through our doors more than 18 years ago. He’s been here since the beginning, and you can feel it in the way he works: loyal, hardworking, and opinionated in the best way. Tim is part of the foundation this whole place was built on.
Angel Espinoza

As Scheduling Manager, Angel keeps the wheels turning at The Design House, three years in and counting. He organizes projects, communicates directly with clients, and works hand in hand with our project managers to keep everything on track. Bilingual, easy to talk to, and the kind of guy who can make a stranger feel like a friend by the end of the call.

Guillermo “G” Ramos

Guillermo Ramos, known around the shop as G, is a Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience and four years on our team. He cares about his projects the way you’d want someone managing your own home to care, and because his own installation skills are excellent, he can step in and back up any installer on the job, any day.

Eddie Delbosque is one of our Project Managers, the second-longest-tenured member of the Design House family, and brings more than 30 years of experience to every job site. He’s funny, he’s helpful, he’s the guy who can fix just about anything, and yes, he’s also been known to show up with lunch for the whole team. The kind of teammate every company hopes to hold onto.
